Taco bar

Shopping list:

-Bag of frozen chicken tenders

-jar of chicken base

-3 pounds of ground chuck hamburger meat

-3 ounces of old El Paso taco seasoning

-chili powder

-onion salt

-chopped white onion

-2 lemons

-2 sticks of butter

-13 ounces of tortilla chips

-20 pack of 6 inch flour tortilla shells

-48 fresh salsa (splurge and get the good stuff:)

-2 pounds of cherry tomatoes (cut in half)

-1 pound of sour cream

-a bottle of good ranch dressing

-3 stalks of Romaine Lettuce (chopped thinly)

2-purple onions(chopped finely )

-1 block of velveeta cheese

-whole milk

-1 16 ounce hot sausage roll

-16 ounce jar of favorite salsa

3 crockpots ( buy them if you don’t have them so you can do this party all year long)

1 step:

Put frozen bag of tenders(without thawing in a crockpot on high....salt/pepper and two spoonfuls of chicken base and two sticks of butter (after five hours of cooking ...add chili powder to taste and lemon juice...be generous ...so yummy!:)

First meat is ready to go(see how easy:)

Step 2:

In a frying pan ....brown and shred ground beef with a chopped onion salt/pepper/onion powder/chili powder and when done....add the three packets of taco seasoning and a little water ....and put in 2nd crockpot on warm or low (so so easy..)

Step 3:

Sausage dish

Add all this to third crockpot on low

-1 block of velveeta cheese

-1 jar of salsa

1- cup of milk

-brown the sausage..first in a skillet and then add to crockpot

(Make sure to keep stirring)

Condiment bar:

  • chop Romaine
  • Chop tomatoes
  • Fresh salsa
  • Sour cream
  • Chop purple onion
  • Tortillas
  • Tortilla chips

All preparation of food can be ready in under an hour!!!!!!
