UNION COUNTY, N.C. -- The search continues for a missing Union County man who was last seen back in August.
Carl Dewayne "Snoopy" Melton was last seen near NC 200 and Griffith Road going towards McManus Road in Union County.
Family and friends have not been able to contact him since August 10.
Melton is listed at 6-foot-2 and weighs about 185 pounds. He is described as having brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Union County Sheriff's Office at 704-283-3789. Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to his whereabouts and Melton's family is offering up to $2,000 of additional reward money.
