CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A man is accused of making a fake bomb threat at the Epicentre Sunday morning.
Authorities responded to a call at the Epicentre after a man reportedly caused a disturbance and made a threat saying there was a bomb inside a bag.
The man's bag was found in the Epicentre and as a precaution, the entertainment center was evacuated and the bomb squad was called to investigate the bag.
CMPD's bomb squad technicians examined the bag and deemed it was safe. CMPD located and arrested 29-year-old Rayshon Duncan for making the fake bomb threat.
Duncan was charged with perpetrating a hoax device and making a false bomb threat.
