CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A shooting in uptown was under investigation Sunday night.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said it happened just before 8 p.m. on N. College St. near Phifer Ave.
Investigators said the victim was shot in the leg and taken to the hospital. He was expected to survive.
Police officers were interviewing witnesses at the scene. No arrests were made.
