UNION COUNTY, N.C. -- The United States Marshals and deputies arrested a man who was wanted in connection with a three-year-old unsolved murder case.

According to deputies, 24-year-old Kyliel Wade was arrested Friday in Monroe. Wade was wanted in connection with the 2014 death of 28-year-old Devon Jones in Kinston, N.C.

Wade is charged with first-degree murder and parole violation, according to the Union County Sheriff's Office.

On June 2014, Jones was found in the doorway on Dixon Street in Kinston with multiple gunshot wounds.

Two others were arrested in connection with Jones' death. Police in Kinston charged 23-year-old Dedrick Dail Jr. and 28-year-old Lockwood Perry Jr.

Both were charged with first-degree murder, according to police.
