CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Kerr Putney and CMS Superintendent Dr. Clayton Wilcox will be holding a "Straight Talk" to discuss school safety Monday night.
The event will be streamable on CMPD's Facebook page at 7 p.m. According to CMPD, Chief Putney and Dr. Wilcox will discuss school safety in wake of the deadly shooting that took place at a Florida high school earlier in February.
"You won't want to miss this no-holds-barred discussion," said an online flier from CMPD.
