ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (WVEC) -- The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued for a missing and endangered man from Elizabeth City.
Officials are looking for 67-year-old William Douglas "Butch" Morris, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Morris was last seen in the 600 block of Foreman Bundy Road, wearing a dark blue jacket, blue jeans, and white socks. He may also have a black backpack with a change of clothes and a cell phone.
Morris is six feet tall, and weighs approximately 130 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
