CHARLOTTE, N.C. (THE GREENVILLE NEWS) -- A few fans at the ACC Football Championship Game Saturday night at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte were involved in a disturbing brawl during the first quarter. They exchanged blows and obscenities. The altercation was captured on video and posted via Facebook.

It is not clearly evident in the video if the primary combatants are Clemson or Miami fans, but at least two men involved in the melee are shown wearing Clemson attire.

The fight did not disrupt the game. At one point, the stadium video screen is shown in the film as Clemson running back Travis Etienne scored a short touchdown.

Nevertheless, the fight displaced several fans and placed others in harm's way. The most disturbing portion of the video reveals at least one young fan standing one row away from the fight. The presence of children did not appear to deter the fighters.
