CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Harding University High School standout Quavaris Crouch added another accolade to his already impressive resume Thursday, tweeting that he was selected to play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in 2019.

Crouch, who is considered by multiple recruiting services as the No. 1 overall prospect in the country for the class of 2019, was named the Gatorade Player of the Year in North Carolina last season. Crouch helped Harding win the school’s first state championship in 64 years as the Rams finished with a 13-1 record and 4A title.

On defense, Crouch terrorized opposing quarterbacks with 14 sacks and 42 tackles and was a first team All-State selection.

According to 247Sports.com, Crouch has scholarship offers from nearly two dozen schools, including Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia Tech.
