Four students were taken to the hospital while others suffered minor injuries in a school bus crash in Rock Hill Wednesday morning, school officials said.
According to Rock Hill Schools, a bus serving Finley Road Elementary School was involved in a crash on McConnells Highway around 7:30 a.m. Administrators said the bus driver ran off the road to avoid a collision with another vehicle.
Administrators said 13 students were on the bus a the time of the crash. All families of students on board the bus have been contacted by school officials.
Rock Hill Schools initially said one student was transported to the hospital, but later said four were taken.
