Cooking the burger
* pre heat grill to approx 400 degrees
* Grill must be very clean
* Season meat with Kosher salt and course grind black pepper
* S & P ratio 75% to 25%
* Put meat on grill
* Cook on each side approx 2 1/2 minutes. for a nice medium (pink) burger
* Let the burger cook with only turning one time
* Do not push on the meat (will have all your juice in the flame/ not in burger)
* Also very important to brown your buns. the sugars caramelize for a better flavor
*** Build the burger
* burger on bottom bun
* top bun gets condiment (mayo, mustard, etc) away from meat to they stay cool
* also lettuce not on hot meat so it stays crisp
* Add other condiments
