Families are always looking for something to do with the relatives during the holidays. Well Christmas at the Billy Graham Library may be a place that you may have overlooked. Christmas at the Library was named one of the Top 100 Events in the U.S. by the American Bus Association (ABA) and a Top 20 event by the Southeast Tourism Society.  And one of the biggest draws is the live nativity scene. The live nativity that offers a glimpse into the wonder of the first Christmas and starts every evening at 5pm. If you come a little earlier, between noon and 2pm, you can pet the animals.

Children of all ages get really excited to hop on the back of “a one horse open sleigh”. Horse-drawn carriage rides are $7 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. You’ll ride the trail through beautiful light displays.

Hear the heartwarming sounds of joyful carolers and festive Christmas music, or sit down for a traditional
Christmas dinner; that takes place Thurs.-Sat. after 5 p.m.

Don't miss the Christmas story time for kids of all ages or go shopping at Ruth's Attic. There’s unique and meaningful gifts including exclusive Library ornaments. Find holiday goodies, including Mother Graham's pound cake, cinnamon rolls, hot apple cider and more on sale in the Dairy Bar.

And even though it’s Christmas time, tours of the Journey of Faith at the Billy Graham Library are still available. You must make a reservation before 2:30 p.m.

Christmas at the Billy Graham Library runs through December 23rd. They are open every day except Sundays.
