Ingredients

Bake 8-10 min. @ 400*
3 boxes Phyllo Dough cups (15 per box)
1 1/2lbs. cooked and shredded boneless chicken breast
8oz. (1 cup) Frank’s Red Hot sauce
2 oz. (1/4 cup)shredded pepper jack OR extra sharp cheddar cheese
Blue Cheese Dressing for garnish
 

Directions

Begin by parboiling chicken breasts until cooked through (adding salt and pepper to the boiling
water).  Allow the chicken to cool then shred on a cutting board.  In a bowl combine the chicken
and the hot sauce.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.   Preheat oven to 400*. Arrange the phyllo
dough cups on a large cookie sheet.  Fill each cup with 1 Tbsp. (heaping) of marinated chicken.
Press the filled cups tightly together on the cookie sheet and add the shredded cheese evenly
over the filled cups.  Bake the chicken bites in the oven for 8-10 minutes until they are heated
through. (the cheese will be completely melted, do NOT allow the cheese to brown).  Serve hot.
