(marinated in pineapple juice,soy sauce and garlic)
5 inch seeded bun toasted
2 Tblsp.crunchy peanut butter
3 oz. honey asian slaw
1/2 oz.or more to taste Srircha hot sauce
recipe for honey-asian slaw follows:
1 medium head cabbage(shredded thin)
1/2 red onion sliced thin
1 cup shredded carrots
1 bunch cilantro(rough chopped)
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1Tblsp granulated garlic
Mix all wet ingredients and garlic and then toss in vegetables.
Assemble sandwich chicken breast on bun,spread peanut butter on bun,top chicken with slaw and add sriracha sauce.
