Mint Hill Fire Department's Low Country Boil

Recipe:

1 pound of shrimp

4 ears of corn

1 kielbasa sausage cut in 1 inch pieces

1 andouille sausage cut in 1 inch pieces

2.5 pounds of red potatoes cut into quarters

2 boxes of zatarans crab boil

 

Bring water to boil and add crab boil mix,  add sausage and potatoes and cook for 10 mins, add corn and cook for another 5 mins, add shrimp and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Drain off water and pour meal on newspaper and enjoy.
