The mint julep
2 oz. whiskey
1 tbl.spoon sugar
7 leaves of mint
Muddle strain over crushed ice
Chartreuse mint julep
2 oz. green chartreuse
1 oz. simple syrup
7-8 leaves mint
Muddle and strain over crushed ice
Peach julep
1 1/2 oz. whiskey
1/2 peach schnapps
1/2 of peach peeled
Muddle strain.serve over crushed ice
Jalepeno julep
1 1/2 oz Mezcal
1 oz.agave dark syrup
3 slices of Jalepeno
Squeeze of fresh lime
Strain over fresh ice garnish and garnish with Jalepeno slice
