Pan Roasted Ribeye Steak
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
Dale’s Seasoning 1 bottle
Rib-eye steaks 4 each
Olive Oil 2-count
Fresh Rosemary 1 sprig
Fresh Thyme 4 sprigs
Salt To Taste
Fresh Cracked Pepper To Taste
Method of Preparation
1. Gather all ingredients and equipment 2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees 3. Pierce steaks with a fork and cover with Dale’s Seasoning 4. Marinate for 10 to 15 minute 5. Take a cast iron pan and set over medium-high heat 6. Add a 2-count of olive oil and add the rosemary and thyme 7. The herbs will begin to crackle as the oil heats up and the oil will be infused with the flavor 8. Remove the herbs from the pan 9. Season the rib-eyes with salt and pepper and add to pan and brown for approximately 4 minutes 10. Turn the rib-eye and place the whole pan into the pre-heated oven, on the bottom shelf for another 12 minutes for medium-rare; add another 2 minutes for medium 11. Once the steaks are done, remove form the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes
