Weight Watchers Taco Soup
2 cans of diced tomatos
2 cans of water
1 can of Mexican corn
1 can of black beans (not drained)
1 onion diced
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 packet of ranch dressing
Meat: chicken, ground turkey or ground beef
Additions: fat free sour cream, low fat cheese and tortilla chips
Cook ground turkey or ground beef in a skillet and drain
Add each can and cook all day on low.
If you wanted to use your crock pot you just add the uncooked chicken then all the ingredients.
With busy working Moms and Dads this is something healthy, filling and fast that can be done before work and come home to dinner served. Not having to go out for fast food.
