Asian style crab with melon
1 Granny smith apple (grated)
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ onion (diced or grated)
1 ½ teaspoons of curry powder
1 ½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
1 tablespoon mint (chopped)
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 lb crab meat
2 cups melon (cubed)
1. Take a large bowl and add the apple, squeeze over the lime juice.
2. Add the onion, curry powder, mayonnaise, chopped herbs, seasoning, and crab meat, mix together well, taste and check to see if you need to add more seasoning.
3. Place a tablespoon of cubed melon into a cocktail glass, add a tablespoon of the crab mixture, then repeat with the melon and crab until the glass is full, repeat by filling the three remaining glasses with the crab mixture and melon. Serve and enjoy.
