Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breasts w/Honey Dipping Sauce

Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breasts w/Honey Dipping Sauce
4 - Chicken Breast pounded thin to an even thickness
1 pt Buttermilk
4 C Flour
2 Tbls Paprika
2 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
Honey Dip:
16 oz. Honey
1 Tbls Tabasco
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 stix of butter
Juice from 1 Orange
Pound out chicken to desired thickness. Put in a large bowl and add buttermilk.  Refrigerate for an hour. Heat oil about half deep in a 4 inch fry pan.  Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix flour and seasonings together creating a seasoned flour.  Dredge all chicken breast in seasoned flour. Deep fry until golden brown (about 3 to 4 mins per side). Remove and put on a sheet pan to finish the cooking process in oven about 15 mins.
Honey Dipping Sauce:
Mix and heat all the ingredients in a medium sauce pan.  Dip each chicken breast in sauce and plate.
Feta Slaw
1 16 oz bag of Cole Slaw mix
I bottle of Cole Slaw dressing
1/2 C Feta Cheese
Combine the cabbage, dressing and feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate.
