Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole
2-packages of Food Lion Homestyle refrigerated redskin mashed potatoes “Food Lion Brand”
1-package cream cheese
1-cup sour cream
2 t parsley flakes
1t garlic salt
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 slices of bacon
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients, except shredded cheese and bacon, in large bowl. Mix well.
Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
Meanwhile, fry bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with cheese and cooked bacon.
