Outback Special & Grilled Shrimp On the Barbie

1 Each- Sirloin

As Needed -Meat Magic Seasoning ( Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends can be found in your local grocery store)

1/2 TBS- Butter

3 Each-Shrimp

As Needed- Seafood Magic Seasoning (Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends can be found in your local grocery store)

1/2 TBS- Butter

1/4 cup- Tomato Basil

1 oz Remoulade Sauce

As Needed Parsley

 

Method

1. Season steak evenly on both sides. Place butter in a hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes per side or until desired internal temperature.

2. Season shrimp evenly with Seafood Magic Seasoning. Place butter into a hot skillet. Place skewer of shrimp into a pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.

3. Place 1/4 cup of tomato basil into a hot skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side.

4.Place steak on platter place 1/4 cup of hot tomato basil next to steak and top with shrimp and remove skewer. Sprinkle over shrimp.

5. Place the ramekin of remoulade sauce on plate

Tomato Basil

Ingredients

1 LB Grape Tomatoes Halves

1 TBS Fresh Chopped Basil

1/2 tsp Pepper

1/2 Salt

1/2 TBS Olive Oil
 

Method

1. Gather and measure all ingredients.

2. Place all wet ingredients in mixing bowl and  mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula. Add dry ingredients ( spices) and continue to mix thoroughly.

3. Toss tomatoes into dressing

4.  Place into an appropriate container.

Remoulade Sauce

1 1/2 cup- Zatarines Remoulade

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Method

1. Gather and measure all ingredients

2. Place all wet ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly.

3. Place into an appropriate container
