1 lb gold medal flour
.5 TBL Salt
.5 TBL Garlic Powder
.25 TBL White Pepper
 
4 oz chicken breast
 
Dip chicken in butter milk and then coat with flour
 
Fry in oil at 350 degrees for 5 min or until completely cooked
 
Pour honey pecan butter glaze over top of chicken.'
