Kellie’s Sweet Pumpkin Pizza
Combine (enough for 2-3 pizzas)
1-15oz can of Libby’s pumpkin filling
5-6oz can of evaporated milk
1 ¼ cups sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
After you combine all of the above ingredients, you whisk them together for 1 minute. Pour in a lightly greased baking dish, cover with lid or foil , and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour.
½ cup flour
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 cup melted butter
¾ cup of chopped pecans
1 white or wheat raw pizza dough
Cover your raw dough in flower. Knead your dough into a 14 inch circle (if you have a round baking sheet) or into a rectangle for a 13x18 baking sheet. Thinly spread the pumpkin mixture all over the dough to ¼ inch from the edge. Sprinkle a medium sized layer of yellow cake mix on top of the pumpkin mixture. Then pour the melted butter over top of the cake mix. Put on the chopped pecans and bake in the oven for 17-20 minutes at 375.
