QUICHE LORRAINE
Bacon
1 lb
 
 
choped ham
2 C
 
 
Salt
1/2 T
 
 
Pepper
to taste
 
 
Chopped Thyme
1 T
 
 
Cheese (shredded)
3/4 C
 
 
Quich base batter
2 C


Chop bacon and carmalize in saute pan
Strain access fat
Pour into mixing bowl
Add onion confit
Season with salt and pepper and chopped thyme
Add shredded cheese
Place in quiche tart
Bake on 325 degrees for 1 hr 25 mins to 1 hr 35 mins
