Sesame Ginger Chicken Ramen Stir Fry
Ramen pasta (1 per person)
1 red onion
1/2 cup Sliced Mushroom (shitaki)
1/2 snap peas
Red pepper flake
Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
Fresh Basil / cilantro
Cooking oil (soy bean)
Minced Ginger / Minced Garlic
Heat a sauté pan up in high , coat the bottom with oil (3-4 table spoons) . Once your pan begins to smoke , add thinly sliced chicken with ginger and garlic . Be careful not to burn yourself . Give it a quick stir , then add 4oz each of zucchini and squash stir a tad more then add a pinch of pepper flake and herbs, give them another stir and deglaze pan with sesame oil and soy sauce, stir and add 4oz each of onions and Mushrooms , Ina separate pot of boiling water place ramen for 2 mins , add tbls of sweet Thai chili sauce and siracha to taste (based off your spicy level).
Add a touch more sesame oil and soy sauce and add pasta to pan , let pasta absorb some of liquid , and plate.
