4 flat bread(pita) Method: marinate chicken in Arabic spice mix for 3 hours then
2 cup Tzatziki Sauce grill. Slice grilled chicken thinly and set aside. Cook
1 cup Tabouleh French Fries and set aside.
4 Boneless chicken thigh To assemble heat pita in a flat pan. Top with large
¼ cup Arabic Spice Mix spoonful of tzatziki sauce, 3 slices of tomato, 1 tbs
2 Roma tomatoes(sliced) of tabouleh, 5 oz sliced Arabic chicken, few French
8oz French fries fries and a dash of Tabasco. Roll up pita and wrap in
Tabasco parchment or foil.
1 cup Greek yoghurt Method: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate
1 cup sour cream for 2 hours.
½ cup diced yellow onion
½ cup diced cucumber (seedless)
2 tbs chopped garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
2 bunches flat leaf parsley Method: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate
1 Roma tomato (seeded and fine diced)
½ yellow onion (fine diced)
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp granulated garlic
