Sloppy Joe Meatball Subs
1 package frozen meat balls “Food Lion Brand”
1t garlic salt ME
1t Italian seasoning ME
¼ t black pepper ME
1 pkg sloppy Joe Seasoning mix
1 can Tomato Paste 
1 ½ cup water
4 submarine rolls “Food Lion Brand”
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese ME

Thaw and cook meatballs in oven at 350 degrees or until cooked through. 
In separate sauce pan, add seasoning mix, tomato paste, water, and Italian seasoning: stir until smooth.  Simmer 5 minutes.
Place meatballs in rolls.  Spoon sauce over top.  Sprinkle with cheese.

Baked, Crispy Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
2 cups Italian style bread crumbs “Food Lion Brand”
½ t. Salt ME
¼ Cup all-purpose flour ME
2 egg whites ME
2 tablespoons water
1 package mozzarella cheese sticks “Food Lion Brand”
Place bread crumbs and flour in separate shallow containers.  In third shallow container beat egg whites and water with a fork until thoroughly combined.
Cut cheese into 16 sticks approximately 2 ¾ inches long.  Dip one stick of cheese in flour, then in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Carefully repeat dipping process for a second time to double coat completely.  Place on foil lined shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes or until cheese is soft and sticks are lightly browned. Serve hot with pizza sauce or salsa, if desired.
