CHARLOTTE, N.C. - How you start your morning off sets the tone for the rest of your day. Try starting your day off with yoga to ensure a calmer beginning, middle and end.
Brad Robinson, and instructor at Lifetime Fitness, says “some of the benefits are to get the blood circulating in the morning, to loosen up those muscles, and to really get the body invigorated.”
When you first wake up in the morning and before you get out of bed, you should do a full length stretch and circulate both wrists and ankles. Then after you stand, try and twist at the hips to create a more limber spine.
