Decadent Macaroons:
•    16 ounces shredded coconut
•    1 can (14-15 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
•    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

(For dipped cookies: bag of good quality chocolate chips)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix ingredients in bowl.  Spoon on to baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in oven for 8 minutes.
Dip cooled cookies in melted chocolate (doubleboiler with good quality chocolate chips).
