1pound 1 oz bread flour
14 oz whole wheat flour
3.5 oz rye flour
1 tbs salt
3/4 oz yeast
24 oz water
3 3/4 oz maple syrup (Vermont pure maple)
5 oz walnuts

Mix together first 7 ingredients on slow speed for 3 mins Scrape bowl down Add walnuts or other ingredients desired - fruits or spices Mix for 4 mins on Medium speed Remove from bowl and let sit for 45 mins Punch down and let rise for another 45 mins Shape into a round, let rest for 15 mins Final shape into a round and let rise at room temp for 45 mins in a pan (any standard bread pan is fine) Bake at 475 degrees for 18-24 mins Enjoy!
