CHARLOTTE, N.C. – By the last month of summer, you may feel like you’ve done everything there is to do in town.  But there are still fun, free events you can attend.

Wednesday, August 4 - August 15: (Wednesdays - Sundays) The Charlotte Shakespeare Festival is back, this time with Othello, at Spirit Square. Free, but donations are appreciated.

Saturday, August 7: Panthers Fan Fest at Bank of America Stadium. Festivities start in the morning and culminate with a 1 p.m. Panthers practice.

Saturday, August 7 & Sunday, August 8: Free museum admission for Bank of America customers at Mint Museums, Levine Museum of the New South, and Charlotte Museum of History.
