CHARLOTTE, N.C. – NewsChannel 36 learned a little more Wednesday about the future of middle school sports in CMS.
Students at schools that are pre-kindergarten through eighth grade will combine with other middle schools to form sports teams.
The pairings and additional sponsors have allowed the district to save middle school baseball, girls softball, soccer and golf.
