CHARLOTTE, N.C. – These are the best and worst restaurant health inspection scores for August 10-16 filed by the Mecklenburg County Health Department.  The scores are in percentages.

Infractions include: Raw shrimp stored over cooked shrimp.

Grade: 90

Infractions include: All sushi rolls at 65 degrees on the cold hold line. Cold foods must be held at or below 45 degrees.

Infractions include: Raw pork stored over cooked meats and shredded cabbage.
