CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- When the ‘Bachelorette’ premieres Monday night, Charlotte’s own Emily Maynard will be the one 25 guys are trying to impress.  But the beautiful blonde and single mom will not be the only thing from Charlotte in the spotlight.

The jewelry she is wearing is all from Towne and Reese, a company based in the Queen City.

Christi Pack and Jessica Stanfield are the local designers who started sending Maynard some of their products after seeing her on a past season of the 'Bachelor.'

"We kind of have the connection of being moms and having young kids.  She's been asking us for pieces for the last year and when she decided to do the show she called us," said Stanfield.

From earrings to rings, necklaces and bracelets, Towne and Reese products are featured in promotional photographs for the show and will be seen throughout the season.   Maynard is seen wearing one of Towne and Reese's pink heart-shaped rings in People Magazine last week.

"It's been great.  She has been so kind to us.  She really wants to help local businesses," Stanfield added.

"Trendy but affordable," said Pack of the store's products, which are all priced under $55.

NewsChannel 36 reporter Michelle Boudin has the exclusive interview with the two local moms who own the company and she’ll get more of the inside scoop on what Maynard will be seen wearing throughout the season.

See the full report tonight at 6:15 p.m. on NewsChannel 36.
