We've been keeping up with Rob Kardashian's battle to drop the post Rita Ora break up pounds via Twitter, and it looks like he's making some serious progress! During his birthday bash in Las Vegas Rob said he's lost five to seven pounds already but he wants to lose 40! The 26-year-old is on a low carb diet and two-a-day workout plan. He's also enlisted the help of his former Dancing with the Stars partner, Cheryl Burke! Way to go Rob and keep up the good work!
