I've eaten a lot of coconut cream pie over the years and nothing has ever come anywhere close to Bruce Moffet's innovative spin on this classic dessert. The chocolate salted crushed cashew crust was by far the best part of the coconut cream pie and deserves an honorable mention all of its own.
