Ella got the warm ginger cake with frozen apricot yogurt, whipped cream and blackberry coulis for her dessert. The ginger cake was full of warm spices and tasted great, but unfortunately was a little dry. However, the star of this dish was easily the fresh made frozen apricot yogurt. It was the perfect sweet / tangy balance and made for an amazing end to her meal.
