Grandmas salad came with artisan greens, smoked gouda, roasted almonds, smoked turkey breast, orchard apple, dried cranberry and topped with a sweet basil jam vinaigrette. This was the favored salad of the night even though it lacked any significant flavor from the turkey and gouda cheese.
