To finish off the night we had a round of St. Louis cut ribs, smoke shack pulled Boston butt, cream baked cheddar mac and cheese and Sunday baked beans. The St. Louis cut ribs left us with mixed emotions. They were perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. But to be completely honest, they lacked any and all trace of flavor. The ribs were easily the least favorite of the night and from the looks of the other tables around us we weren't the only ones that thought so. Luckily our critique of the ribs found its way to the guys in charge and they assured us the ribs were still a work in progress.
