Ella got the Wild Arugula Salad with spiced pecans, orange segments, minus 8 vinegar and “goat lady” goat cheese. The salad was both light and tangy and balanced perfectly with the heavy goat cheese (which is local). The dressing was very acidic and pungent, which matched the sharp peppery flavor of the arugula.
