Next up was the Fried Ashley Farms Chicken Thigh (boneless) with the housemade “Old Mill” buckwheat waffle, cole slaw and sorghum molasses. This is far from your average chicken and waflles. This chicken and waffles is in its own world. The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy. The waffle was soft and the molasses was the perfect medium to tie the two together.
