Pinky's was born from a heated controversy that still surrounds the Penguin restaurant in Charlotte's hip Plaza Midwood neighborhood. What was once one of Charlotte's greatest foodie treasures has since seen loyal patrons split their allegiances three ways. Either you eat at the Penguin, or you eat at Pinky's or you eat at Diamond.
