Being a self proclaimed Mexican food super connoisseur, I decided we couldn't let the Queen's Feast aka Charlotte Restaurant Week extravaganza pass us by without hitting up one of the most highly rated Mexican restaurants in the Charlotte area, or otherwise known as The Prickly Pear. For only $30 per person we got to indulge in a decadent three course meal fit for royalty.
