Mellow Mushroom

After the mouthwatering bruschetta we dove into what Mellow Mushroom does best, PIZZA!!! We ordered the Funky Q Chicken pizza and the Red Skin Potato pie. The crust was unusually exceptional and both pizza’s we’re so great they might very well take the top spot on our Foodies Favorites list. The Funky Q Chicken pizza came with bbq chicken, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, caramalized onions, applewood smoke bacon, bbq sauce and then I topped it off with some much needed pineapple. I’ve had this type of pizza several times before and this one held its own to the competition.
