Larry's Look | Carolina Broadway Theatre Company

HICKORY, N.C. -- This morning's Larry's Look was part two of our interview with the multi-talented Carol Culver. She was joined today by Lesia Kaye from Clater-Kaye Productions.

They both talked about the Carolina Broadway Theatre Company and the upcoming production of "Grease".

CBTC is Hickory's first professional theatre company and features a fantastic group of actors and actresses. Carol's involvement with "Grease" goes back to the early 1970s. She had the role of Patty Simcox on Broadway and also was the assistant choreographer. For the movie version, Culver was a featured dancer and assistant choreographer.

Lesia is an award winning actress who has worked on Broadway, TV, film, and concerts. With Clater-Kaye Productions, she's part of the team that trains students in the full spectrum of the entertainment industry plus mentoring them through their careers.

Both of them talked about the great cast that's been assembled for the show, that opens Friday July 25th and runs through the 31st. It takes place in the SALT Block Auditorium in downtown Hickory, North Carolina.
