NEW YORK (AP) -- Justin Bieber will put out another book for fans to squeal over. "Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started" is a photo album of him touring, making his movie, recording his album and meeting with fans. It comes out in September. It's a follow-up to his first photo book, "First Step 2 Forever: My Story."
