WHITNEY HOUSTON IS BURIED
WESTFIELD, N.J. (AP) -- Whitney Houston has been buried next to her father. She was laid to rest at a cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey, in a private ceremony. Onlookers gathered along the route to her gravesite as the motorcade carrying her casket entered the cemetery. Houston's funeral Saturday was a celebrity affair that included Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Hudson and Dionne Warwick. Houston's "Bodyguard" costar, Kevin Costner, gave a eulogy, saying in spite of Houston's success, she still suffered from self-doubt. Houston's mother, gospel singer Cissy Houston, had to be held up by two women and led out of the church when "I Will Always Love You" was played. Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, cried uncontrollably.
