LAS VEGAS (AP) -- The Las Vegas prosecutor who handled the Bruno Mars cocaine case is in some drug-related trouble of his own. Authorities say David Schubert (Left) was arrested over the weekend after police say they saw him buying crack cocaine from a street dealer. An arrest report says Schubert was busted as he drove his white 'Beemer into an area off the Vegas strip where drug sales are common. He is current free, pending a May court date on felony drug charges. His boss says he has been suspended, pending his resignation or dismissal. DA David Roger says he makes no sense to him how someone who knows the dangers of illegal drugs could allegedly use them. Besides the Bruno Mars case, Schubert handled a drug case involving Paris Hilton. The attorney who represented both celebrities has declined to say whether he feels Schubert's arrest taints any case he might have handled.
