Chicken and Rice 



1-bag of frozen chicken tenders 

2- 26 oz cans of cream of Mushroom(or you can do one of the cans ..cream of chicken) 


(1- package basmati rice and 

Chicken base)


2 sticks of Butter

1- 16 oz Sour Cream 

Crockpot or Dutch oven when you need to make quick 

Saucepan for rice 


Chicken: Cook frozen chicken (seasoned with salt/pepper and butter) in crockpot on low for about 5 hours or brown quick in olive oil and salt/pepper 


Rice: In a sauce pan cook 2 parts water to one part rice with butter and a heaping spoonful of chicken base....I like to make a lot of rice...

so I do 2 cups of rice with 4 cups of water 


(Back to chicken in big pot or crockpot) 

:Add to cooked chicken

The two cans of cream of mushroom and entire container of sour cream and a stick of butter ....add a little more pepper and salt if needed 


Cook until hot and blended 


Serve over the cooked rice.
